What We Are About
The mission of Charis Institute is to provide quality professional psychological and family services. We serve those who have experienced pain, loss, and a wide range of emotional and relationship struggles and crises. Our goal is to work in a holistic manner that facilitates healing and growth in body, soul, and spirit in the context of relationships. We consider it a sacred trust to be able to walk with you in your journey.
Charis is a Greek term for God's free gift of love and grace. It is Grace that provides the hope and resources needed to begin and to persevere in the process of growth, making change possible. We consider it a privilege to serve people of all religious and non-religious backgrounds and all orientations.

Who We Are
Randy Weber, Ph.D., MSCP is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Ronda Weber, Ph.D., LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is fluent in Spanish.
Fanny Hernandez manages the office and is fluent in Spanish.

Billing And Health Insurance
Most insurances are accepted.
If you are a new client you should check with your insurance provider to determine if the clinician you wish to make an appointment with is "in network" with your plan. If you are unsure of your co-pay please check with your insurance company prior to the session.
Please bring your current insurance card to each appointment.
Co-payments are expected at the time of service. This fee and other bills can be paid by credit card (even via telephone), debit card, check, or cash.
